Summer is for playdates. It is so crazy to get together with friends and their children during the school year. My boys love when their friends are out of school for the summer. We already have LEGOLAND and the beach on our calendar. We kicked off our summer of fun a couple weeks ago playing tourist with our San Antonio family. We went non-stop, we’re just active like that. Fuel Up to Play 60 encourages kids to fuel up with nutrient-rich foods – which include low-fat and fat-free dairy, lean meats, fruits, vegetables and whole grains – and achieve at least 60 minutes of physical activity every day. In fact, dairy is a source of protein, calcium and vitamin D.
